Refund Policy

At Canada See, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Software products or services with activation codes
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Shipping Returned Goods

To return your product, please mail it to our return center at [return address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
